My beloved Redskins are playing the Jets this October in New Jersey, so naturally @realtanvirlatif and I are planning to go see the game. Checking out tickets on Stubhub, however, I ran into this roadblock:

Why would they want to do this to me? I’m already on their site! That has to mean that they’ve got me as a customer, or at least as a potential customer. So how could it possibly make sense to draw me away from the process of buying tickets to go “learn more” about something boring and irrelevant?
